Digital Signatures

Sign documents electronically β€” the signature is stamped into the PDF and saved as a new signed version, with the same signature library your phone uses.

Document

1 Β· Your signature

The same signature library as the mobile app β€” draw once, use anywhere.

No saved signatures yet. Draw one below β€” it will be available on your phone too.

Draw a new signature

2 Β· Where it goes

No signature lines detected β€” place the signature by hand.

3 Β· Sign

Needs a document, one of your signatures, and a place to stamp it.

Send for signature

Send this document to people outside the app to sign. Powered by the same self-hosted DocuSeal rail the mobile app uses.

No signing requests for this document

Send it to one or more people β€” they receive an email with a signing link, and their progress appears here.

How Digital Signatures Work

When you sign a document, the signature is stamped onto the PDF at the spot you choose (or the detected signature line), and the signed copy is stored beside the original as a new revision β€” the original is never modified.

Sending to an external provider (DocuSign / DocuSeal) is not offered here: the platform has no provider credentials configured, so it would be a button that cannot work.
