DocAssure offers flexible subscription plans designed for organizations of all sizes, from personal users to large enterprises and government entities. Each plan provides access to different features, storage limits, and AI capabilities based on your needs.
Subscription Tiers
Personal
Free tier for individuals managing personal documents. Includes basic document storage, OCR, and limited AI features.
Entry
Small teams getting started with document management. Basic workflows and collaboration features.
SME
Small to medium businesses with advanced document needs. Full workflow automation and compliance tracking.
Corporate
Larger organizations requiring extensive features. Advanced AI, API access, and custom branding.
Enterprise
Custom solutions for large enterprises. Unlimited everything, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees.
Government
Specialized plans for government entities with enhanced security, compliance, and data residency controls.
Consultant
Multi-tenant access for consultants managing multiple client organizations.
What's Included in Plans
User Seats
Number of users who can access your organization. Ranges from 1 (Personal) to unlimited (Enterprise).
Storage Quota
Document storage allocation in GB. Higher tiers include more storage with optional add-ons available.
Document Limits
Maximum number of documents that can be stored. Enterprise and Government plans have unlimited documents.
AI Calls
Monthly AI processing quota for classification, OCR enhancement, AI queries, and intelligent analysis.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Your Plan
Access your current subscription details from Settings → Tenant Settings. View your plan tier, usage statistics, and renewal date. Administrators can see storage usage, user count, and AI call consumption.
Upgrading Plans
Upgrade at any time from the Pricing page (accessible via Settings). When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll receive a prorated credit for your remaining time on the current plan.
Billing Cycle
Choose between monthly or yearly billing. Yearly subscriptions include a 17% discount. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to the billing email on file.
License Management
For Enterprise and Government plans, DocAssure provides advanced license management capabilities:
- Generate and manage API license keys for programmatic access
- Set license expiration dates and usage limits
- Monitor license usage across your organization
- Revoke licenses instantly when needed
- Audit trail for all license operations
Access license management from Admin Control → Licenses (Admin users only).
